Meg is a qualified Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner, delivering evidence-based, client-led support to young people up to the age of 25 experiencing a range of emotional difficulties. She specialises in anxiety, including social anxiety, worry, and phobias, as well as low mood, stress, school-related challenges, and school avoidance. Meg is passionate about adapting her work to meet the needs of neurodiverse, physically disabled, and LGBTQI+ clients, and also offers parent-led sessions for children under 12. Her warm, collaborative, and flexible approach helps young people build confidence and develop practical coping skills.

Nicola is an accredited practitioner in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with a core profession as a Registered Mental Nurse. She has worked in learning difficulties and mental health services for over 30 years, helping people cope with a range of problems and challenges in life. Her expertise includes treating eating disorders, personality disorders, complex PTSD, OCD, social anxiety, depression, and chronic suicidality. Her special interest is developing high intensity Group-CBT programmes.
